NFL Stars were in the London this summer to give back to the community, with the help of FloReal Sports.
Oakland Raiders star Marshawn Lynch, New York Giants Quarter Back Joshua Johnson, and Hackney Born Miami Dolphin Jay Ajayi, all came to the capital with their respective foundations, to support young people in communities.
The National Football League has diversity legislation, the Rooney Rule, in place to ensure BAME candidates are interviewed for coaching roles. The SPTT have been lobbying to see a similar rule introduced into the English Game.
