The Sports People’s Think Tank (SPTT) attended the All Party Parliamentary Football Group meeting at the Houses of Parliament on Wednesday, concerning the lack of black and ethnic minority (BME) coaches in football.
A year on from the SPTT’s report into the lack of BAME managers and coaches in elite level football, the organisation returns to the Houses of Parliament to review what progress has been made.
The second SPTT event held at Arbuthnot Latham in London. A panel of sports professionals, hosted by Katherine Merry, will explore the issues facing sportspeople and seek to identify what research they would like to see commissioned, to help their sports advance.
