SPTT member, Andy Barrow, is a retired GB Wheelchair Rugby athlete, triple Paralympian and 3 time European gold medallist.
Barrow, now a highly respected motivational speaker and mentor, spoke to the SPTT about the challenges and opportunities to develop the Paralympics and his hopes for the next games in Tokyo.
